Yoni Pomerantz
Chief Executive Officer
Yoni brings nearly a decade of combined experience in finance and healthcare, with a strong background in nursing home business operations and departmental coordination. His expertise offers a unique perspective on healthcare administration, driving his commitment to enhancing individuals’ healthcare journeys and satisfaction through Wave Behavioral Health.
As CEO, Yoni’s leadership focuses on fostering collaborative team environments and nurturing a culture of excellence within Wave Behavioral Health. Beyond his professional endeavors, he finds joy in outdoor adventures like skiing and traveling, infusing his leadership approach with innovation and a forward-thinking mindset.
Emma Rowe, LPC
Clinical Director
Emma is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Colorado State University-Pueblo. Emma has experience providing individual and group counseling services to clients dealing with mental health issues and everyday life stressors. Her specialties are trauma and addiction, and she is committed to providing the highest quality care to individuals and communities.
Kayla Gurnitz
Director of Business Development and Marketing
Kayla completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Mental Health Counseling at Metropolitan State University of Denver and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. She has been dedicated to the behavioral health field since 2016. Her clinical experience spans forensics, inpatient settings, and substance use treatment, allowing her to develop a comprehensive understanding of diverse client needs. Since stepping into Business Development in 2023, she has gained a great passion for fostering connections within the behavioral health space and building lasting partnerships. Her goal is to ensure clients and their families are provided with the most appropriate care to contribute to a healthier Colorado.
